Coconut flour is made from dried and finely ground coconut flesh. It is a natural product obtained as a by-product of coconut milk and coconut oil production. After removing liquid and fat from the coconut meat, the remaining pulp is dried and milled into a fine flour. It has a mild coconut aroma and a slightly sweet taste.

How to Use
