Biotech Usa Hyper Mass is a protein and carbohydrate blend with creatine monohydrate. The protein in the product will help maintain muscle mass and support its growth, while creatine will increase physical performance during high-intensity short-term training.

Directions  : Mix one serving (65 g = 4 tablespoons) in a blender with 450 ml of water. On training days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On rest days, take one serving in the morning and one serving in the evening.
