Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) is a plant belonging to the Asteraceae family, traditionally grown in the Mediterranean region of Southern and Southeastern Europe, North Africa and Western Asia. Today, it is cultivated and found in many parts of the world.

Suggested Use Recommended daily intake: 10 g (approx. 2 tablespoons). Take twice daily, 5 g before meals. Pour warm water over the powder, wait 5–10 minutes, then consume. Ground milk thistle can also be added to muesli, oatmeal, porridge, salads, bread, soups or sauces. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
